Chewing is very important for us because we can feel some legitimate tastes by crush some foods in our mouth.
I've tried a variety of chewing representation in the work.

Our selfish desire is dissolving in a spiral of downward direction and it is dripping on the earth. The drip makes some pollutions... We are stupid.
Chicken Taste Study
How you can describe the chicken taste?
We have to eat some food to live and eating time is very important for us. We have each favorite ethnical food and our taste made by the familiar taste.
So, our ethnical foods are very important for us. But if you learn our food history, you can know that human's taste change every ages in a short period. For example, Japanese favorite taste really changed after world war 2 because of their political situation. Another example, French people pay tension to keep their food culture but their favorite taste changed a lot in the hundred year. if you compare with a old recipe and a new recipe, it is easy to know the fact. By the fact, we can say our tastes are ephemeral and it is not easy to convey our favorite real tastes to next people or next generation. So I think our real taste is not so important for the matter but if we visualize our taste , we can convey our favorite taste to your next people and it over ages, nationalities and economical situations. This piece is the first step of the project and I tried to describe a chicken taste wit the short clip.
LUNATION
What are the criteria for deciding it?
We use to take calendar and we need it. But, what are the criteria for deciding it? The criteria is lunation cycle. One lunation cycle need 29.5 days. And, But...What are the relationships with one month and one day, one day and one hour, one hour and one minute, one minute and one second... When we think about our universe, we can feel the strong relation with space and time.
Lunation: The word means cycle of moon waxing and waning. We can see a waxing and waning moon from earth because of relation of sunlight reflection and orbit of moon.
The one cycle (from New Moon to next New Moon) is 29.5 days. The first shape of moon in the lunation cycle is called as New Moon and it doesn't have reflection light. Continually the reflection light shape of the moon grow until full moon (New>Waxing crescent> 1st Quarter> Waxing Gibbous> Full Moon). When we can see a full moon, the stars range as sun, earth and moon. So we can see a round shape reflection light of moon because sun is the backside of the earth. After Full Moon, the reflection light of the moon shrink to next New Moon (Full Moon> Waning Gibbous> 3rd Quarter> waning Crescent> New).
Delicious Time
Foods have tangible qualities but DELICIOUS time is ephemeral.
After a real taste pass into your throat, it leaves some little flavor in a short time and the taste turns into your memories. Delicious relates with the short time and the memories .
The time and the memories are very tender, pale and gentle.
I described a tender delicious time with the puppet.

Gimmick Box (からくり箱）
＜Let's peek a movie from the hole of the box!＞
Everytime I am on the horhs of a dilemma because I want to get a distinctively individual style. Good imagenation is a must for my art making. It is very difficult to get a good images. But sometimes, suddenly, some images appears in my brain. Normaly the images are powerless and obscure. After I get the uncertin images, I try to transform the images to simple shapes and the simple shapes clear up the uncertain images. So,this is a first step to make an art piece and you can peek the movie that my idea of the first step for my art making. The video is below.

"I caught the winds and isolated them"
My hometown is Neyagawa,Osaka,Japan. In my childhood,winds that blow up from Neya river are stinky. It was really annoying.
I caught the annoying winds and isolated them in the canvas to observe them!

THE PINEAPPLE, THE PINEAPPLE STOOL AND THE SOIL GIRLS
”The Delicious Pineapple On The Earth."
MY 10 PUPPETS DESCRIBE SOME EXPRESSION OF EARTH
AND THEY HOLD THE "PINEAPPLE STOOL".
THE PINEAPPLE SIT ON THE STOOL SILENTLY.
MANY SUBSTANCES MADE BY EARTH.
EARTH ABSORB WATER AND IT NOURISHES PLANTS.
SOMETIMES THE TREMOR OF EARTH BECOME STRONGER.
SOMETIMES THE TREMOR DIE DOWN AND IT DOSEN'T
BUDGEBY EVEN A FRACTION.

A TASTE OF BLOOD 血の味
The piece is my first experimental sculpture and you can see two different animated movie from each holes on the two boxes. I want to meld the categories of sculpture and animation to create my arts.
