The small head reads the preamble of Japanese basic law on Food Education. It was established in 2006.(basic law No63) The lovely funny law shows about "healthy diet" "local product and consumed"and "Teaching Plan of food education". it's important and beautiful. And, also indescribable.
食育基本法（平成１７年法律第６３号）食育の推進に関する取り組みを総合的かつ計画的に推進するために制定。数度よみました。重要性は重々理解。でも、筆舌に尽くしがたい何とも言えない気分になる。

What is the shape of the food can that does not have a label ?
Mr. Akasegawa Genpei's Can has a same size with universe space, because it is inside out. My Can doesn't have a cover and label, so the contents of the can is intangible.
赤瀬川源平さんの宇宙の缶ずめは裏表逆なので宇宙サイズです。私の缶は、カバーとラベルを持っていない。ゆえにその缶の内容形態は、無形である。

一部の国では、一般的に古風な肉屋は冷蔵庫を使用しない。
虫対策の為、彼らは電気仕掛けの ”ハエ払い” を設置します。
彼らのその”古いハエ払い機 ”は
均一なペースで肉の塊の上に円を描き続けます。
でも彼らは 近くそのみすぼらしい機械を捨てるでしょう。
そして、新しい冷蔵庫を取得するでしょう。
..ある湿気の多い午後の、そのあくる日に。

I eat a
most famous copy food. And I make copies with optical scanner to make my original art work.
The
Food will be continuously to expands and diffuse, through the three
actions "bite /copy and paste".

「BEEF NOODLE TO GO "牛肉麵外帯”」
~ I eat 100 Taiwanese Beef Noodles in different restaurant. Through the experiences, I make my art pieces.
My professional background is Chef and mainly I have been employing food and food environment for my art making. As my art project in Taiwan, I observed our relationship through one local popular food menu "Taiwanese Beef noodle" and I considered how to share the invisible matter "Relationship".
We make any relationships in any situation, location and environment. The topics are various and Foods is popular topic. Unconsciously we affect each other about food, and we continue to make new food relationships in some communities with our affections. Thus our subjective idea about the particular food is eroded by the relationship.
My final pieces of the art project "Beef Noodle To Go" is my visual images of a food relationship. It was affected, transformed and eroded by many people in the progress. So, thus, all people who affect me through beef noodle have been a participant for my Art project... unconsciously and forcibly.
When I show the art pieces in an art gallery space, the visible relationship is transformed to an appreciation "Time". And, the" Time" start to return to people who talked about Beef Noodle with me.
